On this day: Chris Jericho goads Triple H into putting the WWF Championship on the line in their match and after HHH shoves down Earl Hebner, Jericho catches The Game with the Lionsault to win the WWF Title. However, it is soon determined that Hebner’s count was fast and when HHH agrees to no longer lay his hands on him, the Championship is returned. (4/17/00)
